40'x80' Tent Wedding Package
Introduction:
Hello, this package is comfortable for 200 guests or less. It all comes from us with set up making your wedding plans at home much easier!
What's in the package?
High peak 40'x80' white tent. It has three center poles, clean sweeping peaks, and warm pine side poles. It's quiet in the wind and very sturdy.
Bistro globe lighting. Plenty of light that is installed in a V pattern up to the center poles and back down. Dimmer control let's you bring the level down after dusk.
Sidewalls. These are on stand-by if you need them. It's hard to predict the weather but not to worry as we install on the wedding day by request.
Luxury restroom trailer. We're excited to offer a clean, cool, and well stocked place to...well you know. Cleaning after the dinner hour is included!
Chairs. We make it easy on you and the family by not only providing chairs but also setting them up. You have a choice of white resin chairs or cross backs.
Tables. Each of our tables can hold up to 8 guests. The options are rectangle 8' or round 5'.

Cost calculation
$7,500 + $5.25/chair +$20/table.
Wedding story
The 40'x80' package is a very popular size. This was our third time working with the same wonderful property owners in western WI. The 1st wedding was his niece. The second last year was his daughter. The third time was this year for his other daughter. I'm honored when property owners and couples like this one trust us so much that they ask for pointers regarding important aspects of the day.
We give honest feedback and ideas on how to best to get the job done. There are times we say "wow that's not gong to work well". They still love us and appreciate that we care enough to say things they may not like.

Property visit, planning assistance, and logistical tips prior to booking. Add-ons that help take another item off your list for a better experience. Ease of communication because we're one vendor providing so much rather than many.
Tent Pictures
Our pole tents are premium white with high peaks. The wood side poles add to it's rustic look. They're clean and set up two days before the wedding.
Lights & Sidewall Pictures
The warm glow bistro globe lights are installed by us and have a dimmer. We run the extension cords. The sweeping V pattern is elegant yet simple. The sidewalls have cathedral windows and are installed by us only if needed. It's nice we're there!
Wedding Chair Pictures
The white resin chairs have a soft pad for comfort. They're clean, and comfortable and the best part is we set up the chairs for you. They can be used for the ceremony and reception. Optional cross back chairs are available for reception use under the tent.
Table Pictures
Reception tables come in rectangle 8' or 5' round. Many need a few extra for the food line, displays, or the head table. Add-ons like farm sweetheart, high tops are available. The tent layout is always a big question for our couples. We give guidance and help you make a great plan.
Restroom Trailer Pictures
Think of this luxury restroom as a gift to your guests. It's stocked with supplies, has guest care baskets, and the porch steps make it easy for the elderly. Guess who is going to keep it stocked and clean during the evening? Not you, us!

We serve weddings all summer and fall so you can imagine how much experience we have. First we're here to answer all your questions over the phone or online. Then we visit the property to make sure all looks good. The tent wedding package all comes from us along with many add-ons. You're working with one vendor instead of many. All our packages and rentals are premium quality and have an added service aspect built in. We don't just drop and go, we return on the wedding day serving in many ways.
