White Resin Wedding Chairs $3.75/Chair

 Our white resin chairs look just like the classic wood, but they are stronger, whiter, cleaner, and more comfortable.  They have a soft pad and foot rests.  We set up the chairs for the ceremony if it near the barn.  (We are happy to discuss day-of chair transition options from the ceremony to the reception as well.)  Our chairs are wide and have a large foot print, which means they don't sink into the grass much and offer better stability than metal frame, plastic, or chiavari chairs.  When booking we ask you how many chairs you would like to reserve.

Rectangular or Round Tables $14/table

 The rectangular tables are 8'x31" and hold 8 guests with four on each side.  The round tables are 5' wide and seat 7-8 guests.  We set up the tables for you inside the barn how you wish.  White polyester linens are available as well. 

Please note that the round tables take up 20% more room on average compared to rectangular.  We can talk with you about your preferences and will help you determine a comfortable fit inside the barn or shed.  When booking, we ask you how many tables you would like to reserve.

Trash Cleanup

It might not be the first thing you think about, but having large trash bins and someone to clean up after your guests makes your job much easier.  This service includes 3-4 large trash bins with lids, liners, and a cleanup attendant who starts after the ceremony.  Guests at weddings tend to leave food and drinks all over.  After a few hours, your nice property can become quite a mess.  Our attendant will clean up during dinner by taking plates away from the guest tables and will keep maintaining the property into the nighttime hours.

High Top Tables

We offer 4-6 glass high top tables with a chrome base.  They look great and don't need to be covered with linens.  High tops can be easily transported around your property.  They can start near the ceremony, transition to the social hour, and then be used as a relaxing gathering area later in the evening.

Luxury Restroom Trailer

We always get the most compliments from the guests for this service.  It makes sense because they all use the restroom trailer and are surprised by how comfortable and nice it is.  That's why we included this important item in the essentials package.

Our restroom service is unique.  We use the best restroom on the market made in Bristol, IN.  We tested units and found that the luxury three station is the most comfortable with private lockable rooms.  The rooms are stocked with guest care items that are often needed for outdoor weddings.  The sinks are easy to use and have the option of warm water.  The AC makes using the restroom a wonderful experience in the heat of summer, and if the evening is cool, we turn on the heaters.  We outfitted our unit with premium "porch style" steps and hand rails, making it safer and easier for everyone, including the elderly, to reach the rooms.  Bright exterior lighting helps guests navigate, even late into the evening.  Unlike other vendors, we are there on the wedding day after the dinner hour touching up the restroom and making sure it stays nice throughout your day.
