Our virtual wedding assistant/researcher saves you time and effort. You choose how much or little we take off your list.  This hourly task based service may perform things like:  Vendor research, timeline creation, wedding website creation, creating checklists, and much more.

Vendor Coordinator

We have another wonderful package that specifically takes care of your vendors.  We already know the layout of your wedding and are taking care of so much.  Catering, DJ, band, bar, desserts, photographers, videographers, shuttle bus, flowers, officiant, and others love it when we're looking out for them. 


We gather all the details from you a week before the wedding.  Then we contact each vendor and become their main point of contact going forward.  On the big day our coordination efforts help make things run smoothly while solving any potential problems along the way.

Day of Coordination

You have worked for months making the wedding plans and then you realize when do I get a break?  Hand over your plan, tell us what you need and what's most important to you. Then go get out there and enjoy your day.  We look for your input in order to make the package better fit your needs.  The lead coordinator and assistant are helping with set up tasks, coordinating vendors, and being the go to instead of you.
