This is a common question we receive from our couples and families.  First we learn about your vision for the wedding day, guest count, and other details which help paint a picture.  Then we visit the property to see it in person.  

Now that we have an idea of the flow what equipment and staff do you need to make it happen?  What vendors will work best, and where should we put them?  

We guide you. 

The uncertainty of the weather requires a well thought out alternative layout plan.  Weather happens so if a pivot is needed your not scrambling trying to figure it out.  We create this plan with your help.  

There are many moving parts and if you feel like having additional professional help would be wonderful consider this upgrade.

The property you plan to use is unique like no other.  We walk through the day chatting about what could be, and how to use the property well.  We don't have a one size fits all.  Your vision changes the way we approach the flow.

The logistical layout is coming into view.  We give you a report that spells out the different use areas on the property.

We also create a simple reception layout under the tent by gathering more details.  Will there be a head table, food line, bar, or dj/band for example. 

The logistics planner gives you the big picture roadmap.  The fine details are up to you like decorating, supplies, timeline specifics, vendor hiring and coordination, family duties.
