We can jump in right away or later down the road. Either way, we're here to help.
The virtual planner steps in right after you have booked the tent or barn wedding package with us. Now it's time for the other details. Let's help gather your other vendors, create the timeline, work on making your vision come to life. Once the plans are set your planner is finished. Then you or our day of coordinator can take over. This is an hourly service. You give a task and we have a running total of cost. Your choice on how much or little we take off your list.
We have another wonderful package that specifically takes care of your vendors. We already know the layout of your wedding and are taking care of so much. Catering, DJ, band, bar, desserts, photographers, videographers, shuttle bus, flowers, officiant, and others love it when we're looking out for them.
We gather all the details from you a week before the wedding. Then we contact each vendor and become their main point of contact going forward. On the big day our coordination efforts help make things run smoothly while solving any potential problems along the way.
Day of Coordination
You have worked for months making the wedding plans and then you realize when do I get a break? Hand over your plan, tell us what you need and what's most important to you. Then go get out there and enjoy your day. We look for your input in order to make the package better fit your needs. The lead coordinator and assistant are helping with set up tasks, coordinating vendors, and being the go to instead of you.
The package researches and plans out the logistics of the vendors. After booking is complete you're in charge of the follow-up and coordination.
