Covid-19 Wedding Updates
Minnesota: (250 persons or less are currently allowed outdoors)
Great news! Starting May 27th Minnesota is now open to 250 guests for outdoor weddings. When having a wedding on the home property the responsibility for guest safety falls to the property owner. That has always been the case. It's up to you to decide what measure you will take.
We have standards for how you must use our equipment but when it comes to guest safety we're not the ones responsible for making those decisions like a venue because we don't own the property.
For example if you decide that all the touch points on the property need to be sanitized that's your decision and we would suggest putting someone in charge of that task. We would also need to approve your sanitizing agents first to ensure they won't damage our equipment.
During the 10 day follow-up phone call we will be asking what additional precautions you would like us to take as staff. Our team has guidelines we must follow for work place safety that's already in effect.
Food service is up to you and many have chosen to use a plated option instead of a buffet line. Food trucks are another example. As a rental, professional service and food provider that serves outdoor weddings we're a guest on your property, you're in charge.
Wisconsin: (Open but check local guidelines)
