Why Choosing Ty's Wedding Rental and Services as your All-in-One provider will truly make planning ten times simpler.

The quick answer is we just about do it all.  We have a bird's eye view and strive to help create a great overall wedding day experience with many services working towards one goal!

One analogy of our services could relate to building a home.  One way is to hire a multitude of subcontractors each with a specific duty.  Another option is to hire a general contractor who takes care of all aspects of the home.  We operate like the general contractor being your one contact for many services we perform in house.

You may have considered having your wedding day at a venue.  How strange would it be if they only offered a building and you had to supply everything inside from different places?  Typically when having a wedding at a home, farm, cabin, or park, it takes many different companies to make everything happen.  That's not the case with us.

As an All-in-One provider, we take away the need to hire many different companies and people to make a wedding happen.

We're also different from the rest in that we strive to offer high end rentals and services that exceed expectations.  For example, our chairs are cleaned before each use, the restroom trailer is only used for weddings, and the sound system was built for outdoors.  The power management package not only provides generators but also staff to fill fuel, run cords, and make a power plan with you so the lights stay on.

Instead of being a drop and go rental, we love great service, which means we help you plan and take care of the things you don't need to worry about.

We understand you may be at the beginning of the process trying to determine all the factors and services needed to make your wedding day a reality at the home, farm, cabin, or park.

As your potential vendor for many services, we enjoy communication and actually want to learn about you and the wedding day plans in detail.

Please keep reading as the next section is a basic guide in establishing what's needed on the big day!

The Shelter and basic needs

Having a fun space for your guests to gather is essential.  That might be a barn, shed, or tent. Making sure you have plenty of elbow room is very important. If the weather is poor, the shelter becomes the center of all activities for 6-10 hours. If the space is tight for your guests, the atmosphere is less relaxing.

Base bundle:  Chairs, tables, tent, restroom trailer, and trash management.

The Ceremony

Basic needs include chairs so that everyone has a place to sit and a ceremony sound system so that everyone can hear.   You may want to also include an arch for the backdrop and a videographer and photographer to preserve the memories.

It is important to account for power requirements and how your guests will arrive at the ceremony spot.

Ceremony bundle: Chairs, sound system, the arch, photography, and raw video.

Food

After the ceremony, the guests are looking forward to the dinner.  Yes, it's a big deal, and you have plenty of options.  Keep in mind feeding 100-250 guests is no small task.  We offer full service or hosts to help.

Catering bundle:  Full meal catering, cold beverages, hot beverages, dinnerware, and trash management.

The Reception

It's time to continue the party!  Consider lighting as the evening grows dark and power options for music and announcements.  Develop a specific reception timeline so the events of the evening run smoothly.

Reception bundle:  DJ or Hybrid sound, dance floor, flood light, tent lighting, and power management.

People helping make the day happen

You may have been planning your wedding for a year and a half, but have you considered how all your plans will be accomplished on the big day?  Don't take it all on your shoulders, and let your family and friends enjoy the day rather than taking on the roll of a coordinator.  Our wedding day coordination can be one of the most helpful services we offer.

Coordination bundle: A La Carte coordination as seen on coordination page.

Family & Friends

It's a good idea to have a few planning meeting with family and friends to talk about the logistics and ideas for your wedding day.  Often family and friends have no idea the amount of property preparation and week-of preparation it takes to make the big day happen.  If you want them to also enjoy the day keep their to-do list shorter than you think.

We offer site visits, which will really help you get a preview of what to expect.

Wedding Budget

We hope visiting us through our website has given you a few ideas on what's needed, who we are, and how much things will generally cost.

Think about what your trying to do.  Here is a quick list:  Having 100-200 guests over for a ceremony, hiring people to take your pictures all day, serving a full course dinner, entertaining the guests, and doing it all on the home property.

In essence you're building a large unique wedding venue on location.  It will be an absolute blast!

Studies show that most couples underestimate their budget by as much as 40%.  It takes people to make your day happen, and our business is built on great weddings and building great marriages!

OUR SERVICES

We hope this short list can help give you a realistic view of the wedding day and what is involved.  We are happy to just supply equipment, but where we truly shine is by providing quality and unique services for the entire wedding day!
