Catering Planner/Coordinator  

Have you started planning the wedding day details and then after a bit wish you could delegate a few tasks?  We would enjoy helping you secure a wonderful catering team by taking that task off your plate.    

What food choices are best for my guests?  Buffet or plated?  How many tables do they need to serve on?  Plastic or real dinnerware?  Will they buss the tables?  Do they provide water service?  How fast can they serve?  What else are we missing?  

We serve outdoor weddings all spring, summer and fall and have seen who and what works best.  As you will find there is no consistency of the service provided in the wedding industry.  Every business operates by their own drum meaning sifting through the details and comparing can take a great amount of time.
