What's a mobile tent venue?
We're a wedding tent venue that transforms your property into a fully equipped tent wedding destination. The venue includes a high-peak tent, elegant lighting, sidewalls, chairs, tables, linens, dance floor, luxury restroom trailer and trash receptacles. Add-ons are available and common for our couples to book.

​Our families and couples share that prior to finding they didn't know if it would work on their property and if they had the support they needed to make it a huge success. Some want an at home wedding but fear failure and a huge workload. We make it possible by giving our customers confidence that IT WILL GO WELL without all the heavy lifting.
High Peak Wedding Tent
It starts with a high peak white or sailcloth tent. You pick the size with our help from a 40'x40' up to 40'x120'. Sidewalls are on stand-by only if you need them and installed by us. We also install bistro warm lighting under the tent canopy. ​
Tables, Chairs, & linens
Rectangle 8' or round 5' tables are installed under the tent with your choice of linen color. The white resin chairs w/soft pad are set up for the ceremony first if on the same property and then used for the reception. Brown cross back chairs are an option.
Luxury Restroom Trailer & Trash Bins
Guests receive a wonderful, clean, fresh restroom. We set up and maintain the luxury restrooms with guest care baskets, supplies. Trash bins are also placed around the reception space to keep things tidy.
Dance Floor
A smooth clean floor is installed just where you want it.
Venue Operation Technician
One of the many super cool qualities about us is that we don't just drop and go. We're on site during the wedding serving by setting up chairs, putting on sidewalls if needed, cleaning the restroom trailer, helping transition the tent for the dance.

Includes a white high peak tent, lighting, sidewalls, dance floor, trash bins, luxury restroom trailer, set up, tear down, white resin chairs, rectangle 8' or 5' round tables w/linens. Comfortable for 130 guests or less.
$7,000 + $5.25/chair + $25/table + travel and tax.

$8,500 + $5.25/chair + $25/table + travel and tax.

$11,500 plus travel
Includes a sailcloth high peak tent, lighting, sidewalls, dance floor, trash bins, luxury restroom trailer, set up, tear down, white resin chairs, rectangle 8' or 5' round tables w/linens. Comfortable for 140 guests or less.
$8,500 + $5.25/chair + $25/table + travel and tax.
