The Mobile Tent Wedding Venue
  

It all begins with a magnificent tent (white or sailcloth) featuring sweeping high peaks and wood side poles, set up a few days before the wedding.  Inside, we install vintage warm bistro lighting in a V - pattern, creating a soft, inviting, glow.  Once the sun sets, the lights are dimmed for a relaxed comfortable evening.  If you plan to hold your ceremony on the property, our white resin chairs with soft pads are set up for the ceremony first, then transitioned to the reception.  Our staff handles all the chair setup.  You can choose between 5' round tables or 8' rectangular tables --mix and match however you like, and don't forget to add a few extras for food service, displays, or a welcome area.  Lap-length linens in your choice of color are available for all the tables. A beautiful New England plank dance floor is placed under the tent for an evening of dancing.  Premium black trash bins with bags are positioned throughout the event area for convenience.  Finally, the luxury restroom trailer is always a blessing to the guests.  It includes supplies, guest-care items, and ongoing touch - ups from our venue staff throughout the evening.  We stay involved working in the background so you can enjoy your one of a kind wedding day at the home, backyard, cabin, or farm.  If something doesn't feel quite right, no worries -- you're welcome to customize the venue to fit your vision.
