40'x60' Mobile Tent Wedding Venue
High peak 40'x60' white tent. It has two center poles, clean sweeping peaks, and warm pine side poles. It's quiet in the wind and very sturdy. Comfortable for 130 or less guests. Learn more.
Bistro globe lighting. Plenty of light that is installed in a V pattern up to the center poles and back down. Dimmer control let's you bring the level down after dusk. Learn more.
Sidewalls. These are on stand-by if you need them. It's hard to predict the weather but not to worry as we install on the wedding day by request.
Luxury restroom trailer. We're excited to offer a clean, cool, and well stocked place to...well you know. Cleaning after the dinner hour is included! Learn more.
Dance floor. The New England plank dance floor is installed under the tent. It's clean and waxed for a exciting evening. 16'x20' Learn more.
White garden chairs. We make it easy on you and the family by not only providing chairs but also setting them up. Optional cross-back chairs available. Learn more.
Tables. Each of our tables can hold up to 8 guests. The options are rectangle 8' or round 5'. Learn more.
Linens. Pressed lap length premium linens in a variety of colors. Learn more.
Trash bins. Three 55 gallon black trash bins with bags are placed in key areas around the property. Disposal of bags not included.
Venue Staff. One or two persons taking care of the venue on the wedding day. (our tent and equipment) Setting up tables, chairs, sidewalls, cleaning the restrooms and more.
Cost calculation
$7,000 + $5.25 (chair) +$37 (table/linen). Adjustments can be made up to 10 days before the wedding. Everything listed above comes with the Venue.

Tent Pictures
Our pole tents are premium white with high peaks. The wood side poles add to it's rustic look. They're clean and set up two days before the wedding.
Lights & Sidewall Pictures
The warm glow bistro globe lights are installed by us and have a dimmer. We run the extension cords. The sweeping V pattern is elegant yet simple. The sidewalls have cathedral windows and are installed by us only if needed. It's nice we're there!
Wedding Chair Pictures
The white resin chairs have a soft pad for comfort. They're clean, and comfortable and the best part is we set up the chairs for you. They can be used for the ceremony and reception. Optional cross back chairs are available for reception use under the tent.
Table Pictures
Reception tables come in rectangle 8' or 5' round. Many need a few extra for the food line, displays, or the head table. Add-ons like farm sweetheart, high tops are available. The tent layout is always a big question for our couples. We give guidance and help you make a great plan.
Restroom Trailer Pictures
Think of this luxury restroom as a gift to your guests. It's stocked with supplies, has guest care baskets, and the porch steps make it easy for the elderly. Guess who is going to keep it stocked and clean during the evening? Not you, us!
