Cost calculation
$7,000 + $5.25 (chair) +$37 (table/linen). Adjustments can be made up to 10 days before the wedding. Everything listed above comes with the Venue.

Tent Pictures
Our pole tents are premium white with high peaks. The wood side poles add to it's rustic look. They're clean and set up two days before the wedding.
Lights & Sidewall Pictures
The warm glow bistro globe lights are installed by us and have a dimmer. We run the extension cords. The sweeping V pattern is elegant yet simple. The sidewalls have cathedral windows and are installed by us only if needed. It's nice we're there!
Wedding Chair Pictures
The white resin chairs have a soft pad for comfort. They're clean, and comfortable and the best part is we set up the chairs for you. They can be used for the ceremony and reception. Optional cross back chairs are available for reception use under the tent.
Table Pictures
Reception tables come in rectangle 8' or 5' round. Many need a few extra for the food line, displays, or the head table. Add-ons like farm sweetheart, high tops are available. The tent layout is always a big question for our couples. We give guidance and help you make a great plan.
Restroom Trailer Pictures
Think of this luxury restroom as a gift to your guests. It's stocked with supplies, has guest care baskets, and the porch steps make it easy for the elderly. Guess who is going to keep it stocked and clean during the evening? Not you, us!
