Common questions

• Can I just rent the tent?   No, the tent venue is the minimum in order to book services with us.  

• Can I add decorations to the tent.  Yes but limited with approval needed first.

• What size tents do you have?  40'x60', 40'x80'x 40'x100' 40'x120', 44'x63', 44'x83', 44'x103'.  

• What style tents?  High peak blackout white tents with center poles, and sailcloth translucent top white tents with center poles.  Both are beautiful wedding tents. 

• Do you help us determine if our property is a good fit?  Yes we always visit the property before couples book to ensure everything will fit. 

• Is someone on site for the wedding day?  Yes depending on the services you book with us.  At a minimum we setup the chairs for the ceremony, put on sidewalls if needed, and touch up the restroom trailers during the evening.  If you book more services then we become quite a bit more involved. 

• Do you have more information on the venue sizes and price details?  Yes continue reading down this page and follow the links for more information.

• What is the booking process?  First reach out and say hello, tell us your vision and property details along with asking us many questions.  We send a quote so you know the final price.  Then we visit the property for approval.  Lastly is the contract and 25% deposit. 

• Can I add venue enhancements after booking?  Yes if they're available. 

• Do you help me plan out the other vendors in upgrade level 1,2?  Yes we made these levels specifically so couples and families would have way less decision/coordination fatigue.  We add the other services to our invoice and become your main point of contact which means you don't have to coordinate the vendors or explain the situation multiple times to everyone involved.
