When does the tent go up?
Then tent is installed two days before the wedding.  If weather is a factor then it may be installed three days before.

How do we know if our property will work?
This is a common question.  It's such a big question that we need to come out and visit with you.  We're first looking for a flat spot that the tent can be installed on.  Then we envision the other aspects of the day.  Ceremony location, guest parking, other vendors, power requirements, guest ease of access, weather scenarios, noise control, restroom location, tent layout and much more.  Every property is unique and so are you.

Joe
We're concerned the elderly may have a hard time getting around the property.  What have you seen?
Most of your guests will be able to walk around the property.  Grandparents may need assistance.  Honor them by planning ahead.  Put someone in charge or hire us to give them a ride on a golf cart.  When dinner time comes take their order and bring the plate and drinks right to them like a restaurant.  These little things can make a huge difference.

Ashley
What kind of tents do you have?
Our large tents have center poles every 20'.  For example a 40'x80' tent will have three center poles.  Our tents are high peak tension style.  That means the peaks are tight clean and high up giving it the sweeping look.  The canopy is the fabric material.  The most common for us is the white canopy.  The other option is sailcloth.  The side poles of our tents are wood.  They're a high end tents that only get used for weddings.
