Tent Wedding Package
Our package has a high peak tent, bistro lighting, sidewalls, white resin chairs, round or rectangular tables, and a luxury restroom trailer. This all comes to you! At your private property!

Our pole tents are beautiful, high peak with wood side poles. The lighting has a warm glow and goes up to the center poles and back to the perimeter in a V pattern. The sidewalls are installed only if you need them on the wedding day.
You have the choice of rectangle 8' tables or round 5'. Pick both if you like! They seat 8 guests. The luxury restroom trailer service, like everything else, is amazing! We're there touching it up during the evening and refilling supplies and guest care baskets.

Step 3: Travel
TBD depending on the city you live. We're located in Stillwater Minnesota. 1hr radius is our normal service area. 1hr plus is our extended and special request areas.

Common questions
What do you set up? Everything, for example the chairs, tables, and much more. We like helping.
Will the lights be bright enough? Yes! They're installed in a V pattern up to the center poles and back to the perimeter. We have a dimmer to bring the intensity down after dusk.
Does the luxury restroom trailer come with supplies?
It sure does, and has guest care baskets. We're also there touching up the rooms and restocking a few times during the evening.
When does everything arrive? The tent comes two days before the wedding along with tables. Chairs, restroom trailer and possibly sidewalls come on the wedding day.
What if my guest count changes? Totally normal and you have until 10 days before the wedding to finalize the numbers. For chairs and tables you only pay for what you need.
Do you have a Sailcloth tent option? Yes
What is the most common things couples need beyond the package for add-ons? The dance floor is the number one item. Then things like high tops, farm tables, linens, dinnerware, trash cleanup, golf cart, vendor coordinator, coffee bar, fans are all popular but not everyone needs the same thing. That's why you can pick and choose. Everything we offer is super helpful and enhances the overall wedding experience.

Tent Pictures
Our pole tents are premium white or sailcloth with high peaks. The wood side poles add to it's rustic look. They're clean and set up two days before the wedding. We help you pick the right size.
Lights & Sidewall Pictures
The warm glow bistro globe lights are installed by us and have a dimmer. We run the extension cords. The sweeping V pattern is elegant yet simple. The sidewalls have cathedral windows and are installed by us only if needed. It's nice we're there!
Wedding Chair Pictures
The white resin chairs have a soft pad for comfort. They're clean, and comfortable and the best part is we set up the chairs for you. They can be used for the ceremony and reception. Optional cross back chairs are available for reception use under the tent.
Table Pictures
Reception tables come in rectangle 8' or 5' round. Many need a few extra for the food line, displays, or the head table. Add-ons like farm sweetheart, high tops are available. The tent layout is always a big question for our couples. We give guidance and help you make a great plan.
Restroom Trailer Pictures
Think of this luxury restroom as a gift to your guests. It's stocked with supplies, has guest care baskets, and the porch steps make it easy for the elderly. Guess who is going to keep it stocked and clean during the evening? Not you, us!

Then we visit the property to make sure all looks good. The tent wedding package all comes from us along with many add-ons. You're working with one vendor instead of many.
