What Happens When You Contact Ty's Wedding Rental and Services?

Thank you for considering to contact us! In a world that makes it easy and fast to get information we hope you will message us via email, or form, or better yet set up a phone call! We enjoy answering questions and just know all our answer are a human summary of hundreds of weddings we have experienced.
When you do expect us to ask you questions about your wedding day plans. If you have specific questions right off the bat then say so and we will give you answers.
A phone call or email message is for educating you. We're not sitting behind the desk thinking you will call and say sign me up. Not at all it takes time to learn and asking us questions is part of our job. Part of the funds we gather goes towards communication so even if you don't book education is a bit part of our service.
Anyway, you call us and ask your questions. We give answers and may follow up with questions for you. This helps us get a better picture of your situation. We're also able to imagine your wedding day with the information you gave and will offer suggestions.
Our suggestions are only suggestions. We're very honest in giving you good feedback and are no worried when we sometimes have to say, "that's a bad idea". It happens but our experience puts up red flags when needed.
Typically at the end of the call we will say please reach back with additional questions! We expect more questions so by all means please send more.
On average each couple sends between 20-150 emails from the time they contact us to the wedding day. There have been a few that had over 250 messages with phone calls, video mixed in. We knew them quite well!
Let's say you want a full quote. We ask for your email address as that's the best place to see all the numbers spelled out.
How about when you want to book. After many messages you say let's do it! Then we create an invoice if it wasn't already made and set up a time to visit the property. After the property visit the contract is made along with a 25% deposit link. Once all that's in we will confirm you're booked.
What we need from you when contacting us.
Be totally honest with us about your concerns, thoughts, and questions.
Know that we enjoy talking with you. It doesn't need to be a quick conversation.
We don't expect you to book with us right away. It takes time to learn if we're a good fit.
If something doesn't make sense please ask for clarification.
If you don't know the term of something we offer or a process don't feel bad. Just explain it the best you can.
We expect you are checking with other providers and know it can be confusing seeing apples to apples. If that's the case ask us to explain what the differences are.
Know that we more of a wedding venue than a rental shop. We're focused on weddings.
It's normal to not have it all figured out. We may ask questions and you should honestly say I have no idea. We're here to walk you through it
Have fun! It's work planning a wedding but little by little you will feel more confident. Contacting us is dynamic because you're totally unique! We look forward to the chat however it unfolds!
