Welcome! Thank you for considering one of our mobile tent venue packages! Many of our couples keep the packages as is. But some like you may like to customize!
Lighting Options:
If you like the idea of an off the grid style wedding our vintage mix and match oil lanterns will be so unique. We take away the string lights and put an oil lantern on each table along with a few hanging lanterns from the center poles. The lanterns are vintage mix and match which will look wonderful under the tent. There is nothing quite like a real flame. Reach out for a quote.
The next lighting option is 1950's style Christmas lights. These are the large colorful bulbs we remember from our Grandparents homes. They're installed the same way as our globe lights. Up to the center poles and back down in a V pattern. Reach out for a quote.
White small string Christmas lights. We all know these from our current trees. They're bright LED's and give the tent a little twinkle. Reach out for a quote.
Projector mapping is a unique option where you can project anything you wish on the underside of the canopy. You could imagine swimming underwater with fish above you. Or birds flying overhead. You imagine it and we will project it! Reach out for a quote.
Tulle Fabric:
Our lighting can be draped with tulle which runs in line with the lighting. It diffuses the light a bit more and blows in the wind.
Chair Options:
The white resin chair w/soft pad is the standard with our package. They're clean comfortable and can be moved from the ceremony to the tent with ease. The optional chair seen below is the brown cross back resin. This chair is comfortable, rustic, but elegant. You can add a pad if you like. They don't fold so will be harder to transport. If you're looking for an easy option use the white resins for the ceremony and a set of cross backs for the tent. Then there is no need to transport chairs. $8.50/chair.
Table Options:
The venue comes with rectangle 8' or 5' round tables and linens. We have 7' farm tables that can be used for the wedding party or sweetheart tables. They look wonderful! $65/table.
High tops get used quite a bit after the ceremony, around the bar, outside of the tent, and during the evening. Our resin folding high tops are 33" wide and come with a fitted white or black linen. $35/each.

Traffic cones with arrows helping guests find their parking spot
Traffic signs warning motorists of and event in progress slow down.
