Welcome! Thank you for considering our mobile tent venue! Options are alternatives or upgrades to items already in the venue. Add-ons are on a different page and offer new rentals/services that enhance the wedding day experience.
Lighting Options:
Up lights are a wonderful addition for under the tent, a walking path, or illuminating an outdoor structure. They're battery powered and about to create any color you wish. $50/light.
The next lighting option is 1950's style Christmas lights. These are the large colorful bulbs we remember from our Grandparents homes. They're installed the same way as our globe lights. Up to the center poles and back down in a V pattern. Reach out for a quote.
White small string Christmas lights. We all know these from our trees. They're bright white LED's and give the tent a little twinkle. Reach out for a quote.
Projector mapping is a unique option where you can project anything you wish on the underside of the canopy. You could imagine swimming underwater with fish above you. Or birds flying overhead. You imagine it and we will project it! Reach out for a quote.
Tulle Fabric:
Our lighting can be draped with tulle which runs in line with the lighting. It diffuses the light a bit more and blows in the wind.
Chair Options:
The white resin chair w/soft pad is the standard with the venue. They're clean comfortable and can be moved from the ceremony to the tent with ease. The optional chair seen below is the brown cross back resin chair. This chair is comfortable, rustic, but elegant. You can add a pad if you like. They don't fold so will be harder to transport. If you're looking for an easy option use the white resins for the ceremony and a set of cross backs for the tent. Then there is no need to transport chairs. $8.50/chair. There is an optional pad for $2.50.
Table Options:
The venue comes with rectangle 8' or 5' round tables and linens. We have 7' farm tables that can be used for the wedding party or as a sweetheart table. One of the most important tables because of the people sitting behind it. $85
High tops get used quite a bit after the ceremony, around the bar, outside of the tent, and during the evening. Our resin folding high tops are 33" wide and come with a fitted white or black linen. $35/each.

Golf cart guest shuttle
Picks up guests who need a ride from the parking areas
Transports in need guests to and from the restroom

Welcome water bottles in a ice bath
End of the night water bottles to keep guests hydrated on the way home
Trash removal
Bags taken away and disposed of
Traffic cones and signs
Traffic cones with arrows helping guests find their parking spot
Traffic signs warning motorists of and event in progress slow down.
